PRAXSYS Software Terms of Use

The PRAXSYS software will be provided by Debitoris AG, hereinafter “Debitoris”, Seestrasse 61, 6052 Hergiswil.

By using PRAXSYS, you, as a customer, agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully.

In addition to the software, PRAXSYS Debitoris offers other services. For this reason, we expressly refer to the “Classic” or “Premium” package terms and conditions, which will form part of your contract with us as soon as you use these PRAXSYS packages.

You are responsible for compliance with the policies applicable to our software and services.

1. Software license agreement
Debitoris AG grants you a non-transferable, time-limited license for the PRAXSYS software. The license means the right to use the software in the object code on one or more own systems and for its own purposes.

PRAXSYS is provided as a Software as a Service (SAAS) solution. This solution allows you to manage, edit and, if necessary, make your own data available on this platform to third parties.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of PRAXSYS. In addition, you can not reverse engineer this software or attempt to extract its source code. Exceptions apply only if they are legally permitted or if you have written consent from Debitoris.

2. Fees
You pay the customers the remuneration specified in the basic contract periodically in advance. Compensation for any commissioning and other additional services will be charged at current rates.

3. Data Management
You own your data and are responsible for its accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. You agree not to administer illegal content with the PRAXSYS software.

Debitoris complies with ISO 27001 and VDSZ standards. ISO 27001 is the global standard used to certify an information security management system. This standard establishes the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability information.

VDSZ (National Standard) is the Data Protection Certification Regulation, which includes the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner) guidelines on the requirements for a data protection management system. data and its annex (guidelines for data protection management).

As part of the maintenance of the system, Debitoris is mandated / authorized to process customer data as much as necessary. Debitoris undertakes to treat all data with the utmost confidentiality.

Communication between your browser and the Debitoris infrastructure is provided via a secure SSL connection with a digital public key certificate.

4. Access control
You assign the username and password to your authorized employees. They ensure that these means of identification and the customer ID are used in accordance with the usual security standards.

Debitoris is authorized to consider users who identify themselves with the client ID, username and password as legitimate users. In case of suspicion of abuse, Debitoris may refuse access to the system at any time without justification.

5. Conclusion of the contract
The conclusion of the contract takes place with online registration. Fourteen days after activation, the software will be considered accepted and approved, unless significant defects are reported in writing during this period.

6. Software maintenance
Software updates are provided to the customer free of charge.

Debitoris maintains a telephone line that responds to requests for assistance. The hotline is not designed to handle simple user requests that would be answered in manuals or electronic media, or to educate users.

7. Warranty
Debitoris provides SAAS services with due diligence. However, Debitoris can not guarantee that the software will work correctly and without error.

Swiss law is applicable. The jurisdiction is the seat of Debitoris AG.
